Employees at each of the operational departments are additionally rewarded depending on the results they obtain and the seniority. We have set up a system of the employee’s participation in the Company’s profits, which they actively contributed to.
The concept of the Partnership Program is the possibility for the employees to receive company shares at preferential conditions upon meeting the plans assumed by the Company. The program comprises the entire team except for the Board members. The distribution within the total employee share pack is linked to the results and to the seniority.
In July 2008 we accomplished the first stage of the Program. 16 key employees and co-workers were granted the right to purchase 35.500 B type shares at a privileged price. PRAGMA INKASO S.A. offers additional benefits to the employees according to the needs they report. Each employee who declares an intention to continue their education, which could be helpful in the Company’s operations, is entitled to obtain a partial cost refund. The company also sponsors after work sport activities for the employees.
PRAGMA INKASO S.A.’s team is composed of persons with expertise in the field of law, economics, finance and psychology, who are fully prepared to work in debt handling industry.
PRAGMA INKASO S.A. prepared a project of regular training courses comprising the years of “PRAGMA INKASO ACADEMY”. Within the project, each employee attends training courses related to trading and negotiation skills as well as legal tools in debt collecting. “PRAGMA INKASO SCHOOL” is a sequence of intensive training courses for newly employed personnel with no experience in the debt handling market.
